Restorative Yoga - pacing mind, body and breath
In this practise we learn to how to return to our natural pacing of breathing, moving and thinking. Pacing is a practise called 'Samyam' in yoga and the essence of the practise comes from the breath, us in our purest form. The breath is the Master in yoga and if our breathing is naturally paced , the body and all its various functions will follow this natural rhythm and so too will the mind.
